B & M Management Company LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician at Meadowridge Apartments in Saint Peters, MO. You will perform routine and preventive maintenance, respond to work orders, and help prepare units for new tenants.

Strong HVAC knowledge and licenses are required, with on-call rotation and safety adherence a core part of the role. The position offers competitive hourly pay, a comprehensive benefits package, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off, with opportunities for bonuses

Qualifications

• 2+ years of general maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
• HVAC troubleshooting ability for HVAC equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, and major appliances.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and other community maintenance.
• Maintain appearance of the community to quality standards; pick up trash and clean buildings.
• Identify maintenance needs and report hazards to Manager.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in.
• Review the make-ready board and act on directions from the manager.
• Make all repairs and replacements necessary for occupancy.
• Work odd schedules and be on call as needed.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Skills

Education

EPA universal license for HVAC

CPO license

High school diploma or equivalent
