Mac Properties is seeking a Maintenance Tech to join our team in St. Louis. This full-time role focuses on diagnosing, repairing and maintaining residential apartment building systems to keep units market-ready.

The position requires HVAC, electrical and plumbing know-how, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to respond to after-hours emergencies on a rotating on-call schedule. We offer a robust benefits package and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in a similar role.
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, painting, refurbishing.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned service requests and repairs in a timely, professional and courteous manner.
• Diagnose and perform installation, preventive maintenance and/or repair of residential apartment buildings and units including electrical and plumbing repair, HVAC systems, waste chute and compactor repair, appliances, cabinetry, tile, carpet and flooring, walls and security systems.
