Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs across plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and electrical systems at our apartment communities. The role includes appliance installation and ensuring timely service orders are completed.

You will help maintain exterior curb appeal, follow OSHA and safety standards, and handle after-hours emergencies as needed. This position focuses on reliability, teamwork, and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• Willing to be on-call for after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs for plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical systems in the apartment community.
• Install new appliances as needed.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and property cleanliness.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and health, safety, and environmental laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.
