The role requires basic maintenance experience, the ability to work independently or in a team, and readiness to handle routine or emergency tasks to keep properties safe and well-maintained.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in general maintenance (electrical, carpentry, plumbing).
• Hands-on repair across multiple trades and strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong time management and customer service when interacting with residents.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks in apartments and common areas
• Drywall repair and painting work
• Caulking and trim maintenance
• Carpet cleaning and minor repairs
• Trash removal and debris disposal
• Light landscaping (watering, weeding)
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency calls
• Use and manage your own hand tools on the job
• Maintain cleanliness of maintenance shop and storage areas
• Follow directives from Maintenance Superintendent and Property Manager
