Job summary

GGP Services in Columbus, OH seeks a Maintenance Technician for Estates at New Albany. You will perform HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical, and machinery maintenance within the apartment community while delivering excellent service to residents.

The role requires 1–2 years in commercial or multi-unit property, a HS diploma/GED, and optional HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing certifications. Weekend work may be required; driver’s license preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of required experience in Commercial Property or Multi-Unit Residential Property.
• High School Diploma/GED. 3-4 years of experience can offset minimum education.
• Preferred HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing certifications.
• Valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical, and machinery within the community.
• Respond to maintenance requests and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team to ensure property upkeep.
