Job summary

Premier Property Management is seeking a diligent Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will perform routine maintenance on residential properties, respond to resident requests, and assist with unit turnovers. A minimum of 2+ years in property maintenance is preferred, with proficiency in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

Qualifications

2+ years of property maintenance or related field experience.
Proficiency in basic maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, appliance repair, and drywall.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine maintenance inspections and repairs on residential properties.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and staff.
Perform preventive maintenance to ensure safety and longevity of systems and equipment.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and inventory of supplies.
Assist with unit turnovers including painting, cleaning, and minor repairs.
Collaborate with the team to uphold property standards and safety protocols.
Snow removal in winter months and adherence to safety procedures.
