Job summary

Continental Properties is seeking a Service Technician to join our Live Oak, TX team. You will address resident service needs, perform maintenance across multiple trades, and report to the Service Supervisor.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and more, while ensuring curb appeal and safe, efficient operations. Strong teamwork and flexible hours are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related trades.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Comfortable using tablets, phones, and computer software to track work orders.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair maintenance issues (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry).
• Maintain property appearance and safety; perform grounds upkeep and cleaning tasks.
• Use property management software and apps to manage work orders and communication.
