Qualifications

• HVAC (EPA 608) certification preferred.
• Apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliance repair skills.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Own tools required.
• Background check and pre-employment drug screen required after conditional offer.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders.
• Perform apartment turnovers.
• Provide emergency maintenance after hours.
• Snow removal as needed.
• Follow safety procedures during duties.
• Support other duties and special projects as assigned.
