Job summary

Redstone Residential is hiring a Maintenance Technician to protect and enhance the value of our communities and improve resident experiences. You will resolve maintenance issues efficiently, support curb appeal, and help turnover apartments for new residents.

The role requires basic maintenance skills, a minimum of 1+ year experience, and excellent customer service. This is a full-time, hourly position with benefits including health, vision, dental, PTO, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant industry experience; property management experience is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills with strong attention to detail
• Working knowledge of maintenance required
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs and stand 8–10 hours

Responsibilities

• Maintain curb appeal and property cleanliness
• Assist with basic repairs and maintenance duties
• Demonstrate customer service and teamwork
• Keep common areas tidy and safe
• Maintain landscaping and apartment turnover readiness
• Communicate issues to supervisor or manager
• Respond to emergencies per policy and procedures
• Support resident satisfaction and training participation
