The Maintenance Technician role protects, maintains, and enhances community value by resolving resident maintenance issues efficiently while ensuring curb appeal and safety.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant industry experience; property management experience is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of maintenance is required.
• Must be able to lift at least 75 lbs and stand 8–10 hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property curb appeal by keeping grounds and buildings clean and well cared for.
• Assist with basic repairs and general maintenance tasks.
• Provide consistent, courteous customer service and teamwork.
• Keep clubhouse, offices, model units, hallways and common areas safe, tidy and sanitary.
• Ensure grounds are clean and landscaping maintained, including watering.
• Prepare apartments for new resident move-ins and oversee turnovers.
• Report maintenance or curb appeal issues to supervisor promptly.
• Respond to emergencies per policies and procedures.
