Job summary

WRMC, Inc. is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day upkeep of a residential condominium community.

You will perform routine maintenance and basic repairs in common areas and units, ensuring safety and efficiency. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of maintenance experience in relevant settings, basic HVAC/plumbing/electrical skills, and strong troubleshooting, teamwork, and customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• 1 year of maintenance experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or property management environments.
• Working knowledge of basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and carpentry repairs.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Willingness to be on-call or respond to after-hours emergencies.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs in common areas and residential units
• Handle entry-level tasks including light plumbing, basic electrical work, painting, drywall patching, carpentry, and lock repairs
• Assist with HVAC-related tasks such as filter replacement and basic inspections
• Support move-ins and move-outs by preparing common areas and assisting with logistics
• Escort vendors and contractors, operate freight elevators as needed, and conduct walkthroughs before and after work is completed
• Assist with general building upkeep, porter duties, and package handling when needed
