You’ll tackle routine repairs in common areas and units, with hands‑on duties spanning HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and carpentry while ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of maintenance experience in residential, commercial, or property management settings.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and carpentry repairs.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs in common areas and residential units.
• Handle entry‑level tasks including light plumbing, basic electrical work, painting, drywall patching, carpentry, and lock repairs.
• Assist with HVAC-related tasks such as filter replacement and basic inspections.
• Support move‑ins and move‑outs by preparing common areas and assisting with logistics.
• Escort vendors and contractors, operate freight elevators as needed, and conduct walkthroughs before and after work is completed.
• Assist with general building upkeep, porter duties, and package handling when needed.
