Job summary

Maloney Properties in Boston's historic South End seeks a Maintenance Technician to support a large portfolio of residential properties. You will join our maintenance team with responsibilities including in-unit repairs, preventative maintenance, and preparing vacant units for occupancy.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00–5:00 with shared on-call duties. You will update the Yardi mobile app and coordinate with the Superintendent on completed and ongoing work, while supporting capital projects

Responsibilities

• Performing in-unit repairs, preventative maintenance, and preparing vacant units for occupancy.
• Completing work orders, light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work, and general building maintenance.
• Updating the Yardi mobile app and communicating with the Superintendent on completed and on-going work assignments.
• Assisting with capital projects and providing access to contractors as needed.
