Job description

Position: Maintenance Technician – Downtown Boston, MA – full-time.

Responsibilities

• Perform in‑unit repairs, preventative maintenance, and prepare apartments for new resident occupancy.
• Complete work orders, including light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work, appliance repair, and general building maintenance.
• Provide access to and supervise contractors as needed.
• Perform groundskeeping and maintenance of exterior and common areas.
• Update the Yardi mobile app and communicate with the team about the status of ongoing projects.

The work hours are 8:00am‑4:00pm, Monday‑Friday, with on‑call duties shared on rotation.
