BIGOS MANAGEMENT is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to perform maintenance, installation, troubleshooting and preventative tasks across a Roseville property. You will work with the Property Manager to ensure units are rent-ready and common areas meet company standards.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, maintenance certification, and 1+ years in residential settings. The role requires on-call rotation and a valid license; benefits include PTO, holidays, 401(k) and health

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and relevant maintenance certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete all maintenance work order requests.
• Monitor and maintain building systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Boilers) and perform repairs.
• Assist the Property Manager with unit inspections.
• Perform site-level preventative maintenance as assigned.
• Coordinate with Zone Building Engineer on major repairs and capital projects.
• Collaborate with vendor teams on maintenance projects.
• Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies for the workshop.
• Alert Property Manager to high-priority issues needing attention.
• Perform groundskeeping and snow-removal duties as needed.
• Attend trainings and ensure certifications are current.
