Sancrest Llc seeks a dedicated maintenance technician to uphold and repair single-family rental homes across Seattle. You will perform proactive resident visits, document work, and ensure quality and safety standards.

The role requires residential maintenance experience, OSHA 10 certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to perform physical tasks. You’ll coordinate multi-trade service requests and educate residents on home systems.
