Responsible for completing scheduled and resident-requested repairs in single-family rental homes to keep properties safe, functional, and move-in ready. Independently troubleshoot and resolve basic issues across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances, and perform necessary interior and exterior maintenance.
