Sancrest Llc is seeking a Service Technician for a field-based role focused on maintaining and repairing single-family rental homes. You will handle work orders, preventive maintenance, and unit turns, using mobile tools to document progress.

You will troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances, ensure safety and code compliance, and provide professional, resident‑facing service. Coordinate with vendors and support inspections and renovations to keep homes in peak condition.

Qualifications

• Hands-on technical ability with common home systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances).
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
