Sancrest Llc is seeking a Service Technician (Field-Based) to maintain and repair single-family rental homes across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances. The role involves diagnosing issues, completing work orders with mobile tools, and ensuring safety and code compliance.

You will support resident-focused service and coordinate with vendors for inspections and renovations, working in a field-based capacity.

Service Technician (Field-Based)

Maintain and repair single-family rental homes by completing work orders, performing preventative maintenance, and supporting unit turns between residents. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances, ensuring repairs are safe, accurate, and compliant with applicable codes.
