Sancrest Llc is seeking a Service Technician for a field-based role to maintain and repair single-family rental homes in the Denver area. You will complete work orders, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure safety and code compliance.

You will troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances, support resident turnover, document work with mobile tools, and coordinate with vendors for inspections and renovations, always prioritizing customer service.
