Job Details

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Rate: $22-30 per hour

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to service requests and repairs.
• Prepare vacant units swiftly to ensure a seamless and welcoming transition for new residents.
• Follow established preventative maintenance and safety inspection programs for properties and equipment.
• Develop and maintain technical skills to provide exceptional service.
• Supervise outside contractors and support team objectives as directed by the Property Manager.
• Participate in the on-call rotation to support property needs continuously.

Qualifications

• Experience in Multi-Family or Commercial Maintenance.
• HVAC (Type II or Universal) and EPA (minimum Type II) certifications.
• Proficiency in basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
• Ability to maintain high-quality site appearance and curb appeal.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Valid driver's license required.
