What You’ll Be Doing as a Maintenance Technician

• Perform essential work to keep our properties in great shape.
• Complete service requests promptly, interact with residents, and keep systems in good working order.
• Coordinate completion of resident and management service requests.
• Prepare vacant units to occupancy standards within established timeframes.
• Inspect mechanical systems and grounds; address safety issues immediately.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance activities.
• Partner with Maintenance Supervisor to prepare sites for inspections.
• Maintain workplace safety policies, including current COVID-19 standards.
• Rotate on-call responsibilities for emergency repairs.

Compensation

• $23.00-$25.00 per hour.
• Annual bonus tied to performance.
• Range is a guideline; actual pay depends on qualifications, location, and responsibilities.
• Position may include performance bonuses and a benefits package (health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off).
