Pay Range: $23.00 to $25.00 an hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday, with some on call scheduling when needed

• Perform maintenance on residential HVAC systems
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about system status and maintenance needs
• Manage timelines and job scopes efficiently
• Show up on time, be reliable, and work well with the team
• Keep tools organized and workspace clean
• Be self-motivated and take pride in your work-make every job site look professional
  
  

What You Bring

• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• EPA Universal Certification (or willingness to obtain within 3 months)
• Solid knowledge of HVAC best practices and building codes
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Bonus: Understanding of building science principles (or willingness to learn)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
