Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Residential Home Maintenance Technician to join our team in providing top-notch maintenance services for residential properties in Nashville and surrounding areas. This role is perfect for a proactive individual with experience in home repair, maintenance, or handyman services, who is committed to delivering exceptional results. The position includes the use of a company-provided work service truck for efficient travel to client homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine home maintenance tasks, including minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
  • Conduct inspections and identify maintenance issues, such as drywall repairs, painting touch-ups, or fixture replacements.
  • Handle basic landscaping tasks, including lawn mowing, weed control, and debris removal, to maintain property aesthetics.
  • Operate tools and equipment safely, such as drills, saws, lawnmowers, and leaf blowers, to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards while performing repairs and using chemicals or equipment.
  • Maintain a consistent schedule to service multiple residential properties across Nashville and surrounding areas.
  • Provide excellent customer service, communicating effectively with homeowners to address their maintenance needs.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in home maintenance, repair, construction, or related fields preferred.
  • Familiarity with basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and landscaping tasks.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required for operating company-provided work service truck).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality repairs and maintenance.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively across multiple job sites.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks in various weather conditions, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working at heights.
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety guidelines or similar safety standards for handling tools and equipment is a plus.
