Qualifications

• 1+ year of apartment or residential maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair.
• Ability to manage work orders and prioritize tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation.
• HVAC certification a plus (not required).

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in (turns/make-readies).
• Assist with inspections and follow-up repairs.
• Respond to emergency on-call situations (rotating schedule).
• Maintain tools, supplies, and company equipment.
• Help with snow removal and seasonal tasks.
• Provide great customer service to residents.
