Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Core repairs in plumbing, electrical and carpentry to keep residents safe and comfortable.
• Unit turnovers: repair and paint vacated apartments for new residents.
• Use mobile app to receive tasks, track time, and document completed work.
• Participate in a shared on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies.
