Tripoint Residential in Collegeville, PA is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to support apartment communities. You’ll handle work orders, perform repairs, assist with turnovers, and keep properties running smoothly in a stable, full-time role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair.
• Ability to manage work orders and prioritize tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• HVAC certification a plus (not required).

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in (turns/make-readies)
• Assist with inspections and follow-up repairs
• Respond to emergency on-call situations (rotating schedule)
• Maintain tools, supplies, and company equipment
• Help with snow removal and seasonal tasks
• Provide great customer service to residents
