Job summary

CRM Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support on-site property upkeep at our Coatesville-area community. You will perform routine maintenance, small repairs, and ensure safe, clean common areas under the supervision of the Community Manager.

Qualified candidates have 2+ years in maintenance, plumbing/electrical/carpentry/painting skills, and live within 20 miles of the property. Monday–Friday 8:00–4:30, with on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent education required. 3-4 years experience can offset minimum education.
• 2 years of maintenance experience is required.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and general maintenance.
• Experience in commercial or multi-unit residential property is desirable.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must live within 20 miles from the property and participate in on-call scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and fixing leaks.
• Perform minor repairs in drywall, painting, and carpentry.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, including snow removal.
• Respond to tenant repair requests and schedule inspections.
• Assist with major repairs or renovations as needed.
• Adhere to safety regulations and OSHA guidelines.
