Job summary

Arbors Management, Inc. is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician for our Franklin, PA community.

You will perform core repairs in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, prepare vacated apartments for new residents, and use a mobile app to manage tasks and document work. You should have 2+ years of apartment maintenance or residential construction experience, a valid driver’s license, and be comfortable with on-call maintenance responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in apartment maintenance or residential construction.
• Proficiency with mobile devices and apps for data entry and communication.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for ensuring residents have a safe, functional, and well-maintained place to live.
• Core repairs in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Unit turnovers with quality repairs and painting.
• Use our mobile app to receive tasks, track time, and document completed work.
• Participate in a shared on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies.
