Fairfield Property Management is seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will perform general maintenance on our residential properties, address service requests, and uphold our high standards of quality and guest service for residents.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of maintenance experience on a residential property.
• HVAC Certification required.
• Ability to work on-call and respond promptly to all calls.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Performs general maintenance duties for the property upkeep.
• Responds to resident work orders in a timely manner.
• Performs carpentry, electrical, and plumbing tasks as needed.
• Repairs appliances, HVAC units, ceiling fans, refrigerators, etc.
• Installs sheetrock and paints vacant/occupied apartments.
• Maintains property grounds, including pool upkeep and exterior cleaning.
• Picks up parts and supplies as necessary.
