Job summary

Pantzer in Woburn, MA is seeking a Maintenance Technician for The Point at Woburn. You will perform preventative and repair maintenance across property areas, respond to service requests, and uphold safety standards to support residents’ living experience.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of residential property maintenance, ability to lift heavy objects, and flexible on-call schedules including weekends and holidays. Valid license and driver’s license required.

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience as a maintenance technician in a residential property.
Must live within 30 minutes of the property if on-call is required.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Maintaining all areas of the property and responding to service requests in a timely manner.
Working with Property Manager and on-site team to deliver top quality service to residents.
Adhering to safety codes/standards and safety protocols.
Performing plumbing, appliance, minor electrical, and HVAC repairs as needed.
Operating hand and power tools to complete tasks.
