Job summary

WPM is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Tech for River's Gate/Carrollwood in Middle River, MD. You will respond to maintenance work orders, perform preventative maintenance, and prepare units for move-in, working well with both a team and individuals.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of site maintenance experience with strong customer service. Must have HVAC, plumbing, electrical or carpentry skills, plus a valid driver’s license and on-call availability.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated plumbing, electrical, or carpentry skills required.
• Must be available on-call for emergencies on evenings, weekends and holidays.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• HVAC troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Hanging, prepping, and sanding drywall.
• Electrical repairs.
• Upkeep and repair of appliances.
• Painting common areas and apartments.
• Maintaining cleanliness, order, and safety on the property’s grounds.
• Assisting with snow removal.
• Participating in a rotating on-call schedule for evenings, weekends, and holiday coverage for emergencies.
