Job summary

WPM Real Estate Management is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Tech for River's Gate/Carrollwood in Middle River, MD. You will respond to maintenance work orders, perform preventative maintenance, and prepare units for move-in.

The role requires 3–5 years in site maintenance, on-call after hours, and a valid driver’s license. Starting hourly rate is $21 plus a phone allowance; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years' experience in site maintenance.
• On-call availability for emergencies evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• HVAC troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Hanging, prepping, and sanding drywall.
• Electrical repairs.
• Upkeep and repair of appliances.
• Painting common areas and apartments.
• Maintaining cleanliness, order, and safety on the property's grounds.
• Assisting with snow removal.
• Participating in a rotating on-call schedule for evening, weekend, and holiday coverage for emergencies.
