Job summary

WPM is seeking an experienced Apartment Service Technician to join our Baltimore service team at 611 Park Avenue, MD. You will respond to maintenance work orders, perform preventive maintenance, and prepare units for move-in, working well with a team or independently.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of residential maintenance experience, a valid driver's license with a vehicle for on-site use, and HVAC certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle required on site.
• HVAC certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance work orders and perform preventative maintenance.
• Prepare units for move-in and readiness for new residents.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems.
• Repair drywall, electrical components and appliances.
• Paint common areas and apartments.
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety on the property grounds.
• Assist with snow removal.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
