Myan Management Group is seeking a full-time Service Technician in Carson City, NV to maintain apartment communities, deliver outstanding customer service, and support the Maintenance Supervisor. The role requires on-call availability and a focus on safety, quality, and efficient maintenance.

You will inspect and repair buildings, perform unit make-readies, respond to service requests, and manage tools and inventories to keep operations running smoothly for residents.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting and maintaining buildings, units, and equipment.

• Painting, wall repair, trash removal, and groundskeeping.
• Reporting and correcting safety hazards promptly.
• Ensure property remains attractive, safe, and well-maintained.
