Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspecting and maintaining buildings, units, and equipment
• Completing unit make-readies and service requests
• Performing electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs
• Replacing locks, screens, and hardware
• Painting, wall repair, trash removal, and groundskeeping
• Reporting and correcting safety hazards promptly
• Ensuring the property stays clean and safe for residents
