Qualifications

• At least one year of general maintenance or related experience.
• Basic knowledge of residential or building repairs.
• Ability to troubleshoot common maintenance issues.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Dependable, organized and able to work independently.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform general repairs, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and drywall work.
• Assist with painting, patching and preparing apartments for new residents.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Help maintain the property, common areas and grounds.
• Identify maintenance issues and report repairs requiring additional support.
• Provide friendly, professional service to residents.
