You’ll tackle carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical tasks, travel between properties daily, and document work orders with handheld devices to keep tenants safe and satisfied.

Applicants should own their tools, have a vehicle, reside nearby, and be available for on-call responses. This role offers growth within a hands-on, service-driven team.

Qualifications

• Proficient in carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work.
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Own tools and have a truck or van; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily between properties within the metro area.
