Qualifications

• Customer-focused with strong communication for residents and team.
• Own tools and have a truck or van; valid driver's license; proximity to work area.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs (carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Travel between properties within the metro daily.
• Inspect properties, secure homes, and conduct vacancy/wellness checks.
• Handle move-in/out meetings and turnovers; basic troubleshooting.
