Job summary

Loxo seeks a Maintenance Technician II to join our Washington, PA team in a full-time role. You will handle resident work orders, troubleshooting plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues, and prepare apartments for new residents.

Responsibilities include routine and preventive maintenance, inspections of systems, coordinating with vendors, and documenting work in the electronic work-order system while delivering respectful service to residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2 years building or property-maintenance experience.
• Alternatively, 1 year maintenance experience with 6 months related training in trades.
• Experience safely operating common hand and power tools.
• Basic computer, email, and work-order-system skills.
• Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle.
• Ability to travel locally and participate in on-call rotation.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable work history.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders and maintenance concerns.
• Troubleshoot plumbing leaks, electrical issues, HVAC concerns, and appliance problems.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance.
• Inspect building systems, apartments, and common areas.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents within timelines.
• Paint, drywall, carpentry, hardware, and general repairs.
• Maintain community appearance including seasonal grounds work and snow removal.
• Coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs.
• Track completed work using an electronic work-order system.
• Interact professionally and respectfully with residents and team members.
