Job summary

Hire Up Staffing Services seeks an Apartment Maintenance Technician in Fresno, CA. The role supports a residential community with repairs, painting, and unit preparation for new residents. Monday–Friday 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays based on property needs.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in property maintenance, knowledge of plumbing/electrical/HVAC, and the ability to work independently. On-call rotation is required for after-hours emergencies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property maintenance or related experience.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Strong communication and reliability.
• Physically able to lift and work outdoors.
• Willingness to learn and grow into expanded responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident and management work orders promptly.
• Perform general repairs including plumbing, electrical, painting, and appliance troubleshooting.
• Paint, clean, and prep units for new residents.
• Support landscaping and general property upkeep.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
