Primary responsibilities include appliance and plumbing repairs, electrical work, HVAC maintenance, safety system tests, and turnover to rent-ready condition. Requires 3–5 years in maintenance and ability to lift 50 lbs, with valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

3–5 years of residential and/or commercial maintenance experience.
Plumbing experience preferred.
Electrical experience preferred.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass a background check.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
Proficient in technology and cell phone applications (Gmail, Slack, Monday.com).

Responsibilities

Make repairs to appliances (garbage disposal, dishwashers, refrigerators, freezers, icemakers, laundry equipment, ovens, stoves).
Repair plumbing fixtures (leaky faucets, toilets, sinks, drain, valves, water lines).
Identify and correct hazardous property conditions and report to Regional Property Manager.
Perform turn-key work to ensure vacancies are rent-ready for new residents.
Diagnose repairs, install communications and entertainment systems.
Paint/drywall/texturing and carpentry tasks.
HVAC maintenance and repairs.
Replace & Test Smoke Detectors & Carbon Monoxide Alarms.
Other ad hoc projects and duties as assigned.
