Richcroft, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time General Maintenance Technician to support residential homes across Howard County, Harford County, Carroll County, and Baltimore County, Maryland. The role covers plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and junk removal.
This is a Monday–Friday day shift with on-call rotation and overtime opportunities. The position includes a company truck and a competitive pay rate.
Formación
- 2+ years in maintenance, handyman, or facilities work.
- Experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or property maintenance.
- Valid driver’s license (no more than 2 points).
- Ability to work independently across multiple locations.
- Comfortable using ladders and lifting 50 lbs.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
- Experience with residential or group homes a plus.
Responsabilidades
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential homes.
- Troubleshoot plumbing leaks, electrical issues, drywall and painting.
- Complete preventative maintenance and inspections.
- Repair appliances and fixtures (toilets, faucets, etc.).
- Clean gutters, laundry ducts, and power wash exterior areas.
- Assemble furniture and complete minor carpentry.
