Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall condition and cleanliness of the maintenance shop and residential property.
• Execute and document the preventive maintenance program for resident units and common areas.
• Maintain property appearance, snow removal, and curb appeal to attract residents.
• Complete work orders promptly and respond to after-hours emergency calls as needed.
• Safeguard maintenance equipment, adhere to cost controls, and follow purchasing guidelines.
• Maintain inventory, tools, and supplies, and ensure compliance with safety and procedures.
• Ensure resident satisfaction by upholding maintenance service standards and timely responses.
• Attend residential community activities when requested by the Community Manager.
• Assist in inspections to meet regulatory and safety standards, including AWAIR.
