Job summary

Level 10 Management LLC in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Maintenance Tech III to perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems across multiple properties.

This full-time role requires at least 5 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to read blueprints and manuals; boilers license and CPO are required or will be obtained; EPA certification for refrigerants is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of maintenance or a related technical field.
• Proficient knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Boilers License will need to be obtained
• CPO will need to be obtained
• EPA certification for handling refrigerants (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems across multiple properties.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, ensuring minimal disruption to tenants and property operations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and inventory of tools and supplies.
• Collaborate with property management and external contractors to coordinate larger repair projects and upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies during all maintenance activities.
• Train and mentor junior maintenance staff to enhance team capabilities and knowledge.
