Housing Visions is seeking a Maintenance Superintendent in Auburn, NY to join our full-time team. The role requires hands-on maintenance of residential units, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks, with on-call duties for evenings and weekends at our Auburn property.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance and repair on residential properties.
• Ability to perform electrical and plumbing tasks.
• On-call availability for evenings and weekends as needed.
