Qualifications

• Experience in electrical, plumbing or carpentry maintenance.
• Ability to perform building maintenance and repairs on residential units.

• Handle general maintenance and repair of Housing Visions units.
• Support on-call rotations during evenings and weekends.
• Report to Maintenance Supervisor and adhere to schedule.
