Job summary

The District Maintenance Supervisor at MRK Property Management LLC oversees maintenance across a portfolio of properties, onboarding, training, mentoring, and coaching Maintenance Supervisors while assisting team members with complex repairs and preventative maintenance. You will supervise vendors, ensure safety compliance, and maintain grounds and buildings for timely work order completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Seven years of maintenance or construction experience.
• Five years as a full-charge residential maintenance technician preferred.
• Four years supervising 3–4 staff members with advanced leadership training.
• HVAC certification is required.
• EPA certification is required.
• Knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to travel up to 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance activities across a portfolio of properties.
• Onboard, train, mentor and coach Maintenance Supervisors and Technicians.
• Assist team with complex repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Inspect and supervise contractors to ensure quality outcomes.
• Respond to on-call emergencies on weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Patrol properties and ensure safety and compliance with standards.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs and property grounds upkeep.
• Ensure timely completion of work orders and proper safety practices.
