Job summary

Continental Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Springs at Buckingham Farms in Memphis, TN. You will provide exceptional resident service, address service needs, and help maintain the community's operations. You will report to the Service Supervisor.

The role involves hands-on maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, flooring, and related tasks with a focus on curb appeal and resident comfort.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience in building operations.
• Ability to diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, flooring.
• Willingness to work overtime, on-call shifts, and non-traditional schedules.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of maintenance needs including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, flooring, and more to keep our community running smoothly.
• Maintain overall appearance and safety of the property through grounds upkeep, painting, trash removal, and unit touch-ups as needed.
• Use software and mobile apps daily to manage and complete work orders and communicate with residents and supervisors.
