Job summary

Brookfield Properties is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a multi-unit residential property in West Palm Beach. You will supervise the maintenance staff, coordinate repairs, and ensure high standards of building operations and safety.

The role requires strong HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and vendor-management skills, with experience in commercial or multi-unit properties. A high school diploma is required, with English fluency essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3–4 years of commercial or multi-unit property maintenance experience required.
• Must communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing; multilingual skills are a plus.
• 5–7 years of experience can offset minimum education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff.
• Train, coach, and evaluate maintenance personnel.
• Repair and maintain mechanical equipment including HVAC systems.
• Perform routine to advanced carpentry, electrical, and plumbing duties.
• Interface with contractors and vendors; prepare bid specifications and secure bids.
